The Longboard – Located in Cruz Bay - features a wide selection of house-crafted cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, including their world-famous Frozen Painkiller and Frosé. Their innovative cocktails feature fresh-squeezed juices, muddled herbs and spices, house-made sodas, liqueurs. The menu features healthy, fresh options like gourmet tacos, baja bowls, ceviches, and poke bowls, all with a Caribbean flair using local spices, locally-caught seafood and locally-sourced herbs, greens and fruits.
Morgans Mango – Located in Cruz Bay next to Mongoose Junction - offers food that spans many Caribbean cuisines including Creole, Bahamian, Cuban, Jamaican, Haitian, Puerto Rican and Mayan. All of these cuisines have been influenced by the original inhabitants of the islands, the Arawak and Carib Indians, as well as the Africans, East Indians and Chinese, who arrived later. Add to these the foods of the Spanish, French, British and Danish settlers and you have an incredible melting pot of ethnic and classic cuisines. They also offer creative cocktails and a nice wine list.
Extra Virgin Bistro – Located near the roundabout in Cruz Bay - dedicated to locally grown and sourced products, so much so that they grow most of their herbs on site. Extra Virgin buys most of their fish from local fishermen and they also offer a wide selection of craft cocktails and Caribbean beverages.
Miss Lucy's – Located on Sanders Bay - offers a true taste of old St. John with fresh and flavorful Virgin Island cuisine plus unforgettable views! Miss Lucy’s offers a Sunday Jazz Brunch that is not to be missed. Be sure to call ahead and verify they are open. After brunch head to Salt Pond Bay for some beach time and snorkeling.
Sam and Jack’s Deli – Located in the Marketplace – offers hot and cold specialty sandwiches, house-roasted meats and Grab & Go gourmet comfort food dinners. They also feature house-made potato chips and pickles, fresh-squeezed lemonade and delicious baked goods and desserts like cookies, tiramisu and cheesecake.
Sam & Jack's has great lunches to grab and take to the beach and they also have Grab & Go dinners, full-service catering, custom cakes and baked goods, equipment rental, villa provisioning and fine wine.
Lime Out – Located in Hansen Bay (literally)
Lime Out is a floating taco boat located at Hansen Bay on the East End of St. John. Located about 500 feet from the beach, guests will need a vessel (boat / paddle board / peddle boat / kayak) to reach the bar. Lime Out has under water bar stools and huge floating mats for lounging and enjoying amazing tacos and cocktails while floating in Hansen Bay.
Rent a glass bottom kayak from Ash at Saltwell Bottom Beach, Ashville Watersports is located on the skinny stretch of roadway on the East End past the Hansen Bay beach property. Kayak out to Pelican Rock to enjoy the reef through the glass bottom boat and then head over to Lime Out.
